Class A diesel pushers, Class B vans, Class C overcab rigs — all of them get a custom system designed around your actual power profile. We've worked on rigs from 24-foot Class Cs up to 45-foot Class A coaches.
Common work
- Lithium upgrade from stock lead-acid (the most-requested retrofit)
- Solar array additions, including front-cap installs that avoid the slide topper
- Inverter upgrade with shore-power passthrough and generator start signal
- Monitoring retrofit onto an existing system (Victron Cerbo + SmartShunt)
- Full rewire after removing failed factory components
Working around factory integration
RVs ship with a specific ecosystem of factory-installed electrical — automatic transfer switches, inverter/chargers, converter/chargers, genset controls. We work with what's there. If a Magnum inverter is already wired to everything, we keep the Magnum and upgrade the batteries behind it. If you're replacing an aging Onan genset with a pure-battery setup, we handle the AC cutover safely.
What we'll tell you honestly
If your rig is more than 15 years old and the chassis wiring is in poor shape, the best system we build won't solve the real problem — you need rewiring first. We'll tell you that up front, and we can handle it if the scope warrants, or we'll recommend a chassis shop that will.
