Carson Valley is where our summer season runs — May through October, with transit weeks in April and November. The 200-mile service radius pulls from the Carson Valley outward in every direction: Reno and Tahoe to the north, the Eastern Sierra to the west, the Sacramento area to the west-southwest, and everything in between.
Why Northern Nevada in summer
Summer here means long days and strong sun — ideal conditions for solar work, commissioning, and the kind of system testing that reveals whether your array is actually sized right. It's also boondocking season for the Sierra, the Ruby Mountains, and the eastern Sierra passes above 7,000 ft. If you're heading into high country for summer, having your rig dialed in before you go is the whole point.

Booking for summer
Summer fills up 6–10 weeks in advance from mid-May to early September. September and early October are often an overlooked window — cooler days, less crowding, and we're often available on shorter notice. April and November are transit months with flexible scheduling.
