For customers outside our mobile service radius, or for customers who prefer to stay put while we do a multi-day build — we host your rig at our Fortuna Foothills lot in Southwest Arizona during winter season.
What the lot offers
- Large-rig parking (Class A + toad, fifth-wheel + tow, anything up to ~45 ft)
- Full 50 A electrical hookup (run everything you want during the build)
- Water hookup
- Secure fenced yard
- 10-minute drive to grocery / restaurants / nearby RV parks if you want to stay at a park overnight and come by during shop hours
What a typical destination build week looks like
- Day 1 (morning): arrival, rig walk-through, confirm final specs
- Day 1 (afternoon) – Day 3: the build
- Day 4: commissioning, monitoring setup, documentation
- Day 5: your departure
5-day typical, 3-day for simpler scope, 7-day for full-system builds from scratch.
Pricing
Labor is quoted at the same day rate as mobile installs. Hosting fee is modest — covers utilities and parking. No separate "facility fee" — if we do the work, hosting is included. If you just want to store your rig, we're not that business.
Winter only — November through March
The Fortuna Foothills lot is a winter-season asset. Between May and October, the mobile Northern Nevada service is the active delivery model. Destination builds during the summer happen at a different arrangement — reach out for specifics.
